LEADERSHIP ROOTED IN SERVICE
A U.S. Navy Gulf War veteran, Staci has spent years advocating for veterans, military families, and her community. Her volunteer leadership includes serving as Commander of Judd Kendall VFW Post 3873 in Naperville, representing Illinois on the VFW National Legislative Committee, and working at the local, state, and national levels on veterans policy and advocacy.
Her veterans advocacy has taken her from Naperville to Springfield and Capitol Hill, where she has worked with elected officials on issues affecting veterans and their families. She has helped advance veterans legislation, led community service initiatives, and worked across organizations and political lines to bring people together around shared goals.
Staci’s approach to public service is simple: people come before politics. Her work advocating for veterans has taught her that service does not begin by asking someone’s political affiliation, background, race, gender, or beliefs. It begins by listening, understanding the need, and working toward a solution.
She will bring that same approach to the Naperville City Council, representing the entire community with integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to getting the work done.
For years, Staci has advocated for veterans from every background, every walk of life, and every political affiliation. She does not ask which side someone is on before deciding whether they deserve her voice. She believes local government should work the same way: people before politics, service before labels, and a City Council that works for all of Naperville.

Naperville is an extraordinary community and one that people are proud to call home. Staci's focus is not on changing what makes Naperville special. It is on protecting what works, listening to residents about where we can do better, and making responsible decisions that prepare our community for the future.
Her priorities for Naperville City Council center on three areas that directly affect the quality of life of every resident: Safety. Affordability. Sustainability.
SAFETY
Protecting the quality of life that makes Naperville home.
Naperville is a safe community, and keeping it that way requires continued investment, preparation, and collaboration.
Staci believes public safety includes supporting our police, fire, EMS, and emergency preparedness professionals while also looking at the broader issues that affect residents every day. Safe neighborhoods, reliable infrastructure, responsible traffic planning, pedestrian and bicycle safety, and thoughtful prevention all contribute to a community where families can feel secure.
Public safety is not only about responding when something goes wrong. It is also about planning ahead, identifying needs, and giving the people responsible for protecting our community the resources and support necessary to do their jobs well.
AFFORDABILITY
Protecting the ability to live, work, raise a family, retire, and do business in Naperville.
A thriving community must also remain a community where people can afford to stay.
Staci believes fiscal responsibility begins with remembering that every dollar government spends started as someone else's dollar. Residents deserve transparency, accountability, and measurable value for the money entrusted to their local government.
Property taxes, utility costs, fees, housing, responsible development, infrastructure investments, and the cost of doing business all contribute to affordability. Decisions made today should consider not only immediate needs, but also their financial impact on residents and future generations.
Affordability does not mean sacrificing the quality of services that makes Naperville exceptional. It means protecting those services while continually asking how the City can operate responsibly, efficiently, and with respect for the people paying the bill.
SUSTAINABILITY
Protecting Naperville today while planning responsibly for tomorrow.
Staci believes environmental responsibility and fiscal responsibility can work together.
Protecting clean water, maintaining green spaces and the tree canopy, improving stormwater management, supporting responsible development, reducing waste, strengthening infrastructure, and evaluating energy efficiency are investments in Naperville's long-term quality of life.
Sustainability should be practical, measurable, and forward-looking. Decisions should consider environmental impact, financial impact, reliability, and the needs of future generations.
The goal is simple: leave Naperville stronger for the people who will call it home tomorrow.
